The StratusAMS platform helps insurance companies and health share organizations modernize, automate and streamline operations by providing automation tools to help acquire new agents, manage their existing customer base, grow their customer base, as well as more effectively handle back-office administration and compliance.

The StratusAMS platform offers insurance companies and health shares several different uses. As mentioned above, the StratusAMS platform can act as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system that allows companies to easily track new leads and manage existing customers or members. It simplifies the producer workflow by allowing users to estimate premiums or member fees, as well as giving easy access to insurance plans or memberships or programs that can be purchased. Much of the hiring process can be done in the StratusAMS platform as well. Finally, it has administrative functions that allow for managing files, insurance applications, and employees through automated and customized workflows so each step of your process is executed in order each time, every time.

Producer Gateway

The Producer Gateway acts as the producer facing onboarding platform.

  1. Displays current documents that need to be completed to become appointed

  2. Keeps track of onboarding workflow progress and allows producer to stop and come back later to continue

  3. Enables Producer to upload any required documents

  4. Present training materials and quizzes

  5. Test the comprehension and knowledge of producers with custom quizzes and require specific percentage of correct answers in a certain number of attempts

Producer Client Manager

The Producer Client Manager acts as the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform. This lets insurance agents (ambassador, marketer):

  1. Search, create, mail, and manage leads

  2. Enable applications to be filled via eApp for new policy holders

  3. Get premium estimates for new potential new clients

  4. Track leads to production to ensure goals are being met

5. Access instructional material, forms, direct deposit slips, and  miscellaneous marketing materials.

6. Distribute monthly renewal statements to clients

7. Show recruitment and producer incentive contest results

Backoffice Adminstration

The Backoffice Administration part of StratusAMS allows administrators to:

  • Manage onboarding, enrollment and training workflows to many producers at once and see real-time progress

  • Customize internal and external workflows so they can be routed to individuals or departments or other workflows as you see fit

  • Upload your proprietary forms and digitize them so they can be placed in a workflow and be auto populated with common data and be filled out from a distributed web portal

  • Automate how and when your forms are filled out by ordering them in the workflow and making required fields

  • Manage producer debt balances

  • Collect digital eSignatures so your forms can be signed from anywhere

  • Create and manage lead-generation campaigns

  • Calculate Milliman Rx scores or EMSI data for new policy applications to help companies decide whether to approve/deny applications.

  • Recruit, pull background checks for, and distribute new hire paperwork to new insurance agents with a click of a button

  • Generate reports for compliance purposes

  • Automatically verify license expirations and appointment processing

  • Add and terminate appointments

  • Receive automatic alerts and utilize configurable dashboards

  • Generate National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) file for ACH payments
